We laughed A LOT.
This morning, as well as some laughter exercises (penguins, newspapers, swans, clapperboards, flag waving), we got our lungs moving as we sang:

"Stinky underarm laughter" is actually one of my favourite exercises. It encourages a deep breath in through the nose, and then the expression of "that's disgusting" while laughing.

Telescopes took the form of toilet rolls, kitchen rolls, humane bug catchers and champagne bottles.

Yesterday: International Mud Day.
I wore wellies and a mud pack. But it was on zoom, so nobody saw the wellies.
I kind of enjoyed our zoom version of stuck in the mud - it didn’t hurt my knees the way it does in real life.
